Where is my data stored?
In local files on your Mac, inside Application Support. See the privacy page for the exact scope.
Can I sync between devices?
There is no live sync. Aion keeps one diary on one machine. You can turn on an optional one-way backup to your own private iCloud.
Can I export my entries?
Yes. Export any day, year, or the whole diary as plain text or Markdown. Each surface also exports as a high-resolution image, and the diary itself stays in human-readable JSON on disk.
